CIB Slide Blocks come in four sizes and are compatible with most popular roller skate plates. Check that yours is compatible.
Best of all, theyre super easy to install without removing plates.
There are 4 sizes.

- S = width 60mm | height 45mm | plate 3-4
- M = width 75mm | height 50mm | plate 5-6
- L = width 90mm | height 54mm | plate 7-9
- XL = width 110mm | height | 54mm | plate 10-13
